Digital Products & Services
At EpiqU Digital Solutions, we specialize in digital products, creative assets, and professional services. Due to the nature of digital downloads (immediate access and possession of files), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent or accessed.
Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Double payments for the same product due to a technical error.
- Digital file is proven to be corrupted or significantly different from the product description (and cannot be fixed by our support team).
- Service-based projects that have not yet reached the "Actioned" or "Resource Allocation" phase.
Service Retainers & Custom Work
For custom digital marketing, video production, or development services, any advanced deposits or milestone payments represent time and resources already committed. Refunds for active custom projects are calculated based on the work already completed up to the date of cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a review of your purchase, please email us at support@epiqu.com with your Order ID and a detailed reason for the request. Our legal and billing team will review all requests within 5-7 business days.
